wine, beer, bread (wild yeast!), cheese, kefir, pickles, ... - all those fermented foods and beverages can be stored, are tasty, easy to digest and very healthy. THE GOOD BUGS!
Also look into how to make Russian kvas. Alcohol % is about 1.1% and it is rather sweet. It is made from fermented brown bread water.
