You answered yourself: "so he won't go to prison." Who knows how willingly or enthusiastically he started, but it's important that once he realized where that slippery slope was going, and that he had a chance to turn around and get out, he made the right choice and is helping the good guys. I didn't like any of his movies, but I'll always take God's mercy for me. Whether he gets God's justice or His mercy is not my decision, but I'm glad his latest choice was for good.
