Anyone want to bet that Jordan is the one that blinks first? Bragg filed it in New York court, his home turf. Including his liberal judges and jury, should be interesting.

Normally, this would get transferred to DC court, but Jordan would be at a disadvantage either way.

Jordan should come out swinging, now. Let's see if he does.
