John Trump was enlisted to review them and, as mentioned, concluded there was nothing there. He returned the papers to the FBI and the FBI remanded them to Tesla's only living heir in Yugoslavia. No need to copy what was not useful. No basis for thinking there was anything to implement, or that Trump did anything further, or that there were still secrets hidden. Tesla was at the end of his life, was falling into dementia, and, as John Trump also mentioned, most of this material was self-promotion and philosophy.
