I agree we must get off of all medications that we do not need to survive.
Each individual must research these meds & also alternatives. As a Type 1Diabetic I would love information that will get me off of insulin completely. I have found a few things that made me more insulin sensitive & something crazy happened for a week in my 20s where I couldn't take ANY insulin (no long lasting or short acting for any meals) or I was crashing low all day long. No idea why it started up again & I needed to take up the meds. I have been looking for a way to reverse it again for decades.
Don't just stop taking meds unless you have a plan to test/replace your life saving meds.
ADD/ADHD I have found large doses of B12 (north of 20mg per day) really helps me. Cholesterol has been under better control than any prescription via Amla Fruit extract. My heart is doing better than many my age & weight via Vitamin K every night.
Ultimately we should all do our own research & figure out how to the the most healthy we can. I am finding more & more that the vast majority of my illness is tied to depleted vitamins & minerals in my body. Many times within 24-48 hours of using supplements I can see healing occurs again.
Just don't stop life saving meds that work until you find a viable alternative that is better for you.
