.04% is the total amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Percent of atmosphere that can be attributed to man-made CO2? 0.000009% - that's 9 MILLIONTHS !!!
Man could cease to exist today and the change to the Earth's atmosphere would be next to immeasurable.
