A little conspiracy-esque but something is going on. I doubt that President Turnip can fulfill the duties of the presidency. Can you see President Potato meeting with, say, the prime minister of Pakistan to discuss military and trade deals? Let alone meeting with like a major ally? There's no way in hell they would let him alone with any world leader. But if he's not meeting with foreign heads of state then who the hell is?
