I watched a GBNews report on UK TV, they claim Bidet spent most of his trip asleep in his Hotel. the report shows him mostly with a blank stare while people tried to talk to him.

I feel comfortable that he does not have access to the nuclear codes, as he is incapable of wiping his own ass.
