In a speech in New Hampshire on Thursday, while talking about call center jobs, United States vice president Joe Biden appeared to slip into an “Indian” accent before thinking better of it and stopping in mid-sentence.
The joke makes much more sense if you say "you can't work at a 7/11 without a slight Indian accent ". It's still not funny but at least it stereotypes properly.
That's because Biden is a racist and his reaction is automatic.
