Looks like a tab of the face mask that is supposed to tuck into that part of the ear helix. Must have come undone from pull of the 'covid' mask.
Reminds me of the paper dolls I played with as a girl. Yes, that's right, I'm ancient. And clearly grew up poor lol
My sisters cut their own , store bought'n dolls was for rich folk kids. Ancient also, say hi!

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. It's supposed to be folded around that part of the inner ear and came loose.
