There was some CCP official who has had several organ transplants. Sorry I don't have a source. It was on YouTube a couple of months ago, maybe the "China Insights" channel. They weren't making a big deal out of it, just saying that it had come out that this one guy had had several organs transplanted.

So there are wealthy people out there who can get access to new kidneys, corneas, livers etc without going through the channels that the rest of the world uses. Just like everything else in the world, if someone is willing to pay a high enough price, there'll be someone else who will provide what they want.

Having seen what graft-vs-host does to a person, I don't understand it at all. Getting one transplant? Sure. Getting several body parts replaced? Why??
