Sometimes it’s not easy to fire an employee, especially if the whole HR was taken over by woke people. You would need to fire the whole department.
If they’ve hired woke marketing lady there may need to be a huge marketing f***up to give the company a reason to fire her despite positive opinion from HR (e.g. about her being very collaborative, inclusive for the whole diverse team recently hired by new HR stars).
If there is a business reason to fire the person (e.g. a loss) - HR matters less.
Let’s see what happens …
Either Jr will learn that they need to go broke or we will see the crisis to go away.
Their entire culture needs to change.
There's no way they should have considered sponsoring Dylan M for anything.
The thought should not have crossed their minds.
And the exec apparently thinks very little of the product she's trying to sell.
