Sorry, BEV is an EV with batteries, so a BEV is always an EV, but an EV is not necessarily always a BEV if it’s fueled with hydrogen or another fuel cell technology.
Here in EU hydrogen EVa are almost non existent, so we use BEV and EV interchangeable, sorry about the confusion.
Here in the USA, they are using Lithium Batteries and there have been all kinds of problems involving damage, fires, inability to function in cold weather, low range and high replacement costs.
You’ll have to enlighten me. I have not heard of any conversation about BEVs here in the US. What’s the difference between an EV and a BEV?
