Sometimes he has the seal, other times he doesn't. Is this maybe relating to the law of war manual and his illegal occupation of D.C.?
Does he only display the seal in while in D.C. and can't when he's abroad? 🤷♂️
I've also noticed in a lot of videos and pictures the seal is blurred out.
It's actually trademarked. No joke. Sometimes its blurred out because it's easier to do that than get approval to show it. At least, that's what I've read. So....🤷♀️.
