There was a homeless man that fit Kappys description in town for a while that also just to happen to disappear at the same time Kappy supposedly killed himself. There is a video of Kappy saying he did something he can't take back and he felt like it was all over, no matter what He felt that what he did was so bad He didn't deserve to live. I think they got to him and drugged his ass and got him to do something on camera.
Anyways, theres also the nuclear substance issue that was being moved around at the time, something about fuel for a dirty bomb. There was so much shit going on around that time. Yes, I was witness to all this as it happened. There's lots of shit that never came back up, it disappeared. His dead man switch was only a fraction of what He really had, that will never see the light of day again. Besides, you don't want to see it.
