Russians will not report on it publicly, because high ranking NATO officers were killed, and such a narrative would provoke the West to ramp things up. Keeping mum defangs the Western media. Note that is Russian modus operandum - They don't lie, but they do sometimes withhold information.
Ukrainians and their Western supporters will not report on it because it is a huge loss, and they never report on losses. This is Ukrainian modus operandum - The narrative, for them, is that they are winning. Anything else would endanger their funding.
