There is main stream coverage of this on MSN.com

(We always know we have to be extra vigilant when some alt-news gets covered by main stream).

That said, trying to dig into the history of who first came up with this document seems to indicate that its from one Seth Hettena

Here is his full article and it also includes a picture of Don Canestraro. Interestingly a reverse image search shows only one hit, and that belongs to this article, but on www.spytalk.co

BTW, last year there were some declassified FBI documents that outlined the involvement of Saudi Arabia in US intel operations.
