I respect the idea of OpSec for specific operations with a timeline.
But the idea of forces that are secretly embedded in a country, particularly when we are not in a declared State of War, should never be accepted. This is the USA. Or was.
We need to stop trying to be everywhere solving every problem at all times, at taxpayer expense. None of that is American, as I understand American.
