I’m not perfect by any means and am working to overcome a few problems that are not insignificant, but after what I’ve learned here and through Q, if God grades on the curve, I’m on pretty damned good shape to get into heaven or atleast in adjacent community.

Are you not reading my comments at all where I specifically said that hate is a comparative term?
I read your FIRST comment very well. And you did not say that. Your backtracking. Your post says “we are commanded by Jesus to hate”…Luke verse is not a command. It’s was a metaphor, a parable. Do one translation on any search bar to understand what Jesus is referring to. I’ve explained some of this already.
I’m almost afraid to say this because I don’t want you to do such a thing but….Jesus also said to gouge out your eyes, cut off a body part if those things are making you sin. It’s better to be maimed and blind on Earth, and have Heaven everlasting. Now….don’t go cutting out your younger just yet. Don’t blind yourself. Jesus was referring to how serious we should be taken our salvation with God. And He is right. But that doesn’t mean you start telling people to start maiming themselves. Parable. Metaphor. Understand? Explain better.
Learn to read before going off. Or do you seriously willfully misrepresent me?
My original comment: “We are commanded by Jesus to hate everything in comparison to our love for Jesus”
Not commanded. I don’t understand why you keep saying that. But you do you. Just learn what a parable is. For everybody sake.
What a strange way to deny the words of Christ.
