I'm with you, facts are omitted. I'm wondering, for example, if the dude in NY was purposefully selected and egged on/encouraged (somehow?) to commit that shooting.

Someone posted info from the shooters lawyer - scroll up a little. Short story is there was a group of them in cars trespassing on his driveway, sounding like this was not an isolated incident. He's had problems before with trespassers, guy wants them gone, shoots, gets "lucky" and hits the girl in a car.
