I walked into the other room with the TV on TMZ Live today & they were discussing this. I watched this "neighbor" sob and wail and cry through an interview with Harvey. They did a huge opening segment dedicated to this. And something didn't seem right about it so I perked up. This sobbing and wailing and crying woman hadn't shed a single tear.
