No, it’s not. Tesla’s dream of free energy was just that, a dream. Deathraydesigner already noted that Tesla was wrong about the conductivity of the atmosphere.
Tesla was a genius, but geniuses are not infallible. Don’t let man-worship cloud your judgment. If you insist that free energy is a thing, then the burden is on you to prove that it exists and demonstrate how it works. Shrieking about govt coverups that you can’t prove exist is no different than flat earthers shrieking about faked moon landings that they can’t prove.
Edit: downvotes but no counters. That’s also something you have in common with flat earthers. Have fun being disappointed.
There is no such thing as free energy. Tesla never used that term. Energy in the universe is inexhaustible. The amount of energy being imparted to the earth is practically limitless for current human needs. Tesla discovered a different type of electricity based on impulses, and derived from longitudinal waves. It was no dream, it was 100% based on sound principles and it's been very cleverly hidden by the parasites who would lose their death grip on humanity if it was rediscovered.
The earth receives a lot of solar energy from the sun, but good luck converting even a tiny fraction of that into usable energy. Nuclear is vastly more efficient.
Impulses, huh? If it was that easy why has no one else replicated it? Why has no one been able to solve the problem of power loss due to the inverse square law?
The cabal’s grip on humanity is not due to an energy monopoly. If electricity became free and limitless tomorrow they would still have their central banking system, mainstream media, and public indoctrination schools.
The term free energy is wrong because it implies that energy is coming from nowhere, it's definitely coming from somewhere. There is no difference between what you just clarified as total energy, and "Usable energy." It's a mind virus to think that solar energy is the only energy we receive from the sun.
The sun, and the stars impart more energy than we would ever need, and yes it is usable. Tesla explained it in this patent U.S. PATENT 685,957 "Apparatus for the utilization of radiant energy"
No, it's NOT easy. I have read this patent several times. He explains the theory, but unfortunately it's very vague in how exactly to do it. You can only do it implementing Tesla's electricity. You cannot replicate this tech using standard AC/DC. IT doesn't use alternating current. It uses pulsed electricity that travels down only one wire. NO RETURN WIRE. Eric Dollard reproduced these experiments, and proved it work.
I looked at the patent. Vague descriptions are not associated with clear ideas. He seems to be groping toward the photoelectric principle, since his "radiation" examples are all of smaller wavelengths than visible light. The idea is to radiate a treated plate and cause electrons to emit from it, causing it to become charged relative to the ground potential (thus the condenser to store the energy). Then what? Make a spark discharge? Lots of sweeping grandeur, but nothing practical emerged from it.
There is no difference between total energy and usable energy.
False. Usable energy constantly decreases due to entropy. Any device that generates power wastes some of the power as heat. That’s why perpetual motion machines don’t work and have to cheat.
mind virus
Nice ad hominem cloaked as a buzzword. It’d be a shame if your target simply didn’t care.
apparatus for the utilization of radiant energy
Local man reinvents the solar panel and thinks he’s an unprecedented genius for it.
Pulsed electricity, aka a square wave, is already a thing and can be utilized either as AC or DC. It’s neither new nor particularly special, though it has its uses.

I know, that’s what we’re trying to tell you.
Total energy, yes; usable energy, no.
