According to Google:
The Samsung Galaxy S10e / S10 / S10+ is rated IP68, using the Ingress Protection rating system. The dust rating is 6 (highest level of protection), and the water resistance rating is 8 (water-resistant up to 5 feet for up to 30 minutes).
So my numbers were a little off on how deep and for how long, but that's your answer. I'd be a little worried about the referbished part, though. Depending on what parts they fixed, it might not be as waterproof as a brand new one. I wouldn't worry too much
