Bottom pic: his ears are standing wider from skull, not sure if they do that with cosmetic surgery. Pinning them back sure - but making them flappier?

and bottom dude has way less wrinkles.

Eyebrows are also completely different. Top Epps has A-frame eyebrows, while bottom dude has them straight across.
