This reminds me of the tv show Ghosthunters where they tell you what the ghost said. You hear an audio clip that sounds like gibberish until they tell you what the ghost is saying. Then you hear it.

Who is this dude? Oh, Ray Epps? The January 6th “We must go into the Capital” guy? Ok. I can sorta see that.
