One of the most important pieces of The Great Reset is to steal everyone's property and force them into SMART 15-minute cities. If the bank gives a loan to someone they know will default, the bank gets to own that property sooner or later. The Biden administration is trying to ensure that banks can scoop up more land from the regular people by encouraging high risk borrowers to buy and discouraging low risk borrowers to buy.
