To be expected. NY(C) has had a massive exodus of the remaining sane people there. There are now too few of them in that area to affect change.

At the same time it has had an influx of woketards from other states that fled the new SUPER TYRRANICAL anti-pedo laws and are going to pedo-sanctuary, so they can virtue signal all day every day.

NY will get a lot worse before it gets better and will only get better after it has been more or less destroyed. Too late to be fixed.
