Agreed. This happens on a county by county, state by state level. We need to start a movement in each state to outlaw electronic voting AND counting machines. We need paper ballots, same day voting, counted by hand. We need to convert this into a mantra of some kind that will catch on and can be repeated constantly on social media, put on bumper stickers on the back of cars, the works.
