Sadly this is fake.
They don't own Dominion voting, but Dominion energy.
Staple Street owns Dominion voting, and is a private equity firm. Now, the founders of Staple Street are former Carlye Group, which is owned by Vanguard/Blackrock, but good luck finding a connection on paper.
Fox probably settled with Dominion to A) get rid of Tucker and B) make Tucker fans look crazy knowing we'd jump at "Dominion" and not look closer.

The judge issued a partial summary judgement against Fox that said it was already proven Fox defamed Dominion. The only question left for the trial was did Fox act with malice.

and by 'settling' this lawsuit dominion can claim innocence as well as fund their next election theft. It would have been an easy case for Fox to win.
