Understood, but respectfully disagree. Acts 1: 6 - 9
When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
(He Himself had promised they would reign over the twelve tribes of Israel: Luke 22: 29 - 30:
And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me; That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Acts 1: 7 - 9
And He said to them, βIt is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority." (In other words, It's for the Father to know, and you to find out when it happens!)
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.β
The kingdom of God and the kingdom of heaven are not the same thing.
The kingdom of God is a spiritual kingdom, namely the church. That kingdom is in effect now.
But there will be a future kingdom of heaven where Christ reigns physically on earth, which will be fulfilled during the millennium after the Tribulation.
OT prophecy focuses on this millennial reign and overlooks the church age, because the church age is coincident with the times of the gentiles.
Regarding the antichrist deceiving people during the millennium, this is impossible as he will be in the lake of fire and Satan will be bound after the Tribulation. Revelations indicates that the millennium is after the Tribulation, so these two players will be out of commission. Satan is only briefly released toward the end of this period, and the Antichrist is not released from the lake of fire at all.
