Clif has presented pieces of this information previously, but he recently put it all together into a somewhat comprehensive yet understandable explanation. My own fact-checking of Clif is that he's pretty much spot on on 95% of what he says and most can be verified via medical research papers, especially the health benefits of Chaga mushrooms. That one is 100% and possibly even a bit underemphasized by Clif. Chaga mushrooms and ivermectin might be connected in some way.
