I think in 2023, we shouldn't have to live in a world where 2 weeks of colds and flu symptoms should be "normal" 1 or 2 times per year for every person.
Agreed. What I do is
Take full ivermectin dosage every 3 months,
If any hint of feeling sick I immediately take concentrated green tea extract (GTE=zinc ionophore) plus zinc and repeat every 4 hours until I feel better [equivalent to immune system booster].
After taking GTE, eat 1 orange, 1 cup of blueberries, and 1+ cup of tonic water [this is equivalent of hydroxychloroquine],
Regularly take VitaminD, VitaminK supplements,
Adjust my diet to avoid potential parasites (shrimp, pork) and include lots of iodized salt and natural fats in real butter, cheese, beef, chicken, lamb, tuna (fresh, not canned) meats,
Do not donate blood,
Do not take any injections of any kind
One must avoid sugars, seed oils, and substances that make the blood acidic to avoid getting sick. I have not been sick since Dec 2019 when I got hit with whatever the Covid-19 bioweapon turns out to be. All clear since then, not even a minor cold. Here is Clif High podcast on how to purge seed oils: https://clifhigh.substack.com/p/true-fat#details ;when he says melatonin he means melanin
Correct. That would be enough for 1 month if spread out. But what is health insurance cost per month? If one has full control of health one only needs catastrophic health insurance and overall health costs should go down, imo.
Also, one can use Health Savings Account (HSA) to buy “health treatments” or “preventative care”.
