Some 170,000 16 to 24-year-olds in England may have the undiagnosed condition which can affect the heart.

Thanks fren. It's perhaps hereditary, they say dad has high, too. But to my knowledge, no one else does.

And, while I probably do need more exercise, I do feel I stay fairly active. Could always use more tho 😅
