Just to add to the connections here, wasn't that first picture literally taken at the Michelle Obama Library? Pretty sure I recall the very first drag queen story hour I ever heard of was this demon lady reading to kids at Bike Mike's book club for kids event or somethin. In hindsight, it was probably the kickoff party for this whole 'perversion in the library" operation.
