I am not an attorney, but there is such a thing as "good faith" and "intent" and "spirit of" . If a contract intended for one thing is abused such that one side is "trapped" , I can't see that standing up in court if Tucker decides to sue them.
Exactly - the bad guys don't have to win they have so much more money than the people they're going after (usually) that they can just siege you in litigation until you have nothing left

But how long could that take? They (Blackstone/Fox have loads of money and don't care the outcome as long as it takes until Nov. 2024.)
