Pretty much all my mobility back and most of the pain is gone. Miracle for me. Now if I could fix the thyroid. My doc said yesterday that iodine won't help. I'm getting a subscription to Dr. Ken Berry so maybe he can help. hope so....
I couldn't figure out the dosing for the boron so I bought it from NOW. 3mg per capsule. It was pretty cheap. take between 6-12 mg a day. Use the borax on foot issues. 1/8 t. ain't much but do you know how many mg that is?
How do you use bora. For foot arthritis or just general pain? I havent seen this yet
20 Mule Team Borax in the laundry section of the grocery store. Look up "the Borox Conspiracy". I have one toe with athlete's foot and big toe on other foot with nail fungus. A couple of soaks and athlete's foot gone. Still working on the big toe but almost there. For arthritis I take 6-12 mg of Boron from the NOW supplement company. It has calmed down my arthritis pain and stiffness. I can type now without pain. The article I referenced before is very interesting and informative.
