What about the enforced incarceration for the crime of being born, AKA school. If a child does not want to attend for ANY reason, then they should be given the choice to do something else.
Currently, the government decides when a child should be inside that compound.
Option at 15 or 16 to focus on vocational skills would be fine. Many European countries do it
