Of course the court can't make laws but imagine if members of government had to prepare a summery of how their actions had supported the Constitution (which of course they have all sworn to uphold). Sort of like an annual review process
I'm a master electrician, I had to document 8,000 hours of work only allowing half to be residential experience... then I had to document 3,000 hours of planning and layout under direct supervision of a master electrician. 11,000 hours, that's 5.5 years of your life if you only take 2 weeks of vacation each year. I'm allowed to wire a building now legally but if you make it six months in the academy they give you a squad car and a gun.
I have to do "continuing education" to maintain my license. Civil servants should be quizzed on constitutional rights frequently and have to volunteer for 4 years before they collect a check. My little cousin volunteered 4 years for the fire department and now he's a hot shot. Kid runs a full crew of smoke jumpers and he didn't do it for the paycheck.
Make those fuckers wear Nascar jackets showing their sponsors and make sure they understand the constitution.
That should be required for every single word that they put to paper. It was / is the job of the people in each county to carefully watch all elected public servants who came from their counties. The Committeeman is then SUPPOSED to hold these miscreants absolutely accountable for every misstep via recall or indictment. G.R. Mobely (http://reclaimingtherepublic.org) is working with legislators of several states (so far) to educate them about the Republic Review process whereby they will examine every bit of "legislation" emanated by our public servants. This is how we will eliminate the 3-letter agencies ALL of which are illegitimate.
He is also working with county commissioners in a few states (so far) to educate them about what they are lawfully supposed to be doing. This is how we get the state and fed mafia out of our lives.
