Totally agree, but I like Pork and lamb roasts, as well as mussels too. I wouldn't want to exclude a little variety. However, I did steak for three months straight, and only felt better every day.

Well it is. Not by choice, I just have so many allergies. I tried to rotate the allergens for decades, but that was just playing whack-a-mole. I have been carnivore eating anything that comes from an animal, for over three years now, and have never been healthier.
