Back on April 1st Adam Carolla interviewed Tucker in a Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. Tucker mentioned he was at a long breakfast in Malibu earlier that morning. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-v3hTJs988A&noapp=1

A couple months ago James O’Keefe is pictured with Robert F. Kennedy Jr in the Santa Monica Mountains. James O’Keefe has been spotted in and around L.A. and Beverly Hills the past few months.

Purely speculation, but I believe Tucker knew he was either 1. Leaving FOX or 2. That FOX would fire him if he pushed the right buttons. All leading to the formation of a new media company and/or maybe one associated with OMG - hence, the reason Tucker flew 3K miles across the country for a weekend jaunt to Malibu.

During their interview Adam and Tucker touch on how media is changing and the possibilities of shaping your own company.
