Homeless people can sue for $1,000 if 'harassed' under new Oregon bill

The proposed bill says those who live in public spaces are entitled to the same right of privacy as anyone living in a private home would expect.

Great, can i sue when I am harassed for spare change every fucking time I get out of my truck? 1000.00 bucks or 100 days in jail.
