There are people who have weak immune systems. Strengthening a weak immune system takes time to heal. Ivermectin can be used in cases when it's an emergency.

Hence why a lot of people who were dying from COVID were morbidly obese or already sickly with other ailments. A lot of them didn't have to die. Fee fees and greed got in their way.
