I don't want to be THAT guy, but this is footage taken from a telephoto lens. It's an optical illusion. Two separate cameras, from the same general location (media box) focused tightly on one point from a long distance will produce wildly different backgrounds.
It's the same phenomenon that makes a Nintendo 3DS work without glasses.

This so much. It will be important to go regional on this one. Luckily the evil pushing this DNA altering substance were vocal about it online. It's not a good look to have a kid call you out for the entire world to see. The walk out was a move of defeat. THEY are in charge of the meeting, not the little girl, yet she so masterfully took control with no effort whatsoever.
