I know taking too much is deadly, I know it increases risk of autism (if mom took it pregnant, and when given with baby jabs). I am allergic to NSAiDS so Tylenol is one of the only options (I've tried a bunch of natural things too), sadly nothing really helps my cervical headaches anymore, but I do only take it judiciously.
This might be even worse, but you can research it. Tylenol has never done anything for me so haven't taken any in years. I also suffer from cervical headaches and sometimes I have to take a cyclobenzaprine muscle relaxer. It is by prescription so you have to ask your doc about it.
Thankfully I don't get them.as often as I used to, but did have a headache for almost two weeks (from planting trees, planting garden which did in my neck) which finally went away a couple days ago. I've had to use muscle relaxers when my neck "goes out"
Overhead work is the pits, really does wreck the neck.
