That's the first mistake.
You should work out because you want to and have a goal, not because you feel bad if you don't.
This is also a problem for people who walk a lot or feel they have to walk a lot: the perception creates stress, which can actually cause weight gain to counteract the caloric deficit you just created.
I know your post is just being funny, but it's actually a real problem. People should want to work out because it makes them stronger and feel better and healthier, not because they feel they have to.
It also creates a perception that working out is harder than it is or takes more time than it does, which discourages people from sticking with it.
