These people are very creative and money is plentiful...you and I can't imagine because our minds don't operate like that...but evil has no boundaries or inhibitions...believe me where there is a will there is a way...there are some fantastic testimonies available from SRA survivors and MK Ultra survivors...some of these kids never see a school and sometimes the schools are duplicitous...everything you think that could deter them is just a challenge to overcome...do a lot of reading...
