Oh definitely. My personal experience was seeing him on a book and his professional pictures before actually meeting him in person. He's the kinda guy that's perpetually clammy. Though he did give me an eye sight tip that I do use from time to time lol
May be common knowledge, but for days where all you do is stare at your screen and your eyes have trouble adjusting. Take a pencil (like a Dixon Ticonderoga #2 -- best pencil ever), hold it in front of your face in one hand while focusing on the lettering on the pencil slowly move it away from your face until your arm is fully extended while maintaining the pencils writing in focus the entire time, slowly bring it back till its in front of your face while maintaining focus on the writing. Repeat 10x.
Probably similar to focus on something close then far, but something about keeping the writing in focus while it's in constant (slow/smooth) motion I think helps better
