The video I saw seemed to show a very small drone. I am not an expert but I would seriously doubt whether it could have contained enough fuel to fly it all the way from Ukraine-occupied territory. So I have to conclude that it was launched in Russia.

Then we are left with options like: false flag, terrorist, specialist military, Russian dissidents etc.
