The fact that the 'fact checkers' can debunk stuff from Newspunch aka the People's Voice IS, in my opinion, very much a purpose of the operation.

It's Problem - Reaction - Solution in action. The existence of clickbait / disinfo ops like Newspunch creates a pretext and justification for the Ministry of Truth that the Cabal created the 'fact checkers' to be.
