Jill Biden is Cosanostra. Or at least "Cosanostra Adjacent". I have no proof that she is an active part of "Our Thing" (Cosanostra, in English); however, her Grandfather was a Giacoppo from Sicilia. Joe Biden even mentioned it once, in a speech. I was quite surprised, but then again he'll say just about anything.

P.S. Doctor Jill Biden is by far not the first female unelected President. That title most likely goes to Woodrow Wilson's wife, or if not her, then to Eleanor Roosevelt.
